What was the best part about using CallRail?

Few features are most common in almost all the call tracking softwares avaialbe in market and it but obvious. What I like most in CallRail is Its facility to Tag call, tagging call becomes so helpful to search the call in future for some reference. It saves a lot time and speed up the process. It has best filter feature avaialable. CallRail easy setup procedure too which encourage people to use it at first point.

What would you change about your experience with CallRail?

It should be possible to link an email to multiple CallRail accounts, I think this feature is not avaialable in this software. CallRail missed to sync with Google Analytics, this is a big thing which they need to resolve in my opinion. Otherwise it is good, nice and useful call tracking software.

Overall Feedback

You must try the free trial version of callTrail. It has many good features like informative and helpful dashboard. Quick and easy to generate reports. You can see real time data and receives real time notifications. You get all the callerID data. Its integration with other marketing, sales and analytical tool like Wordpress, salesforce, Google analytics is good thing. It is also reasonable in pricing.
