What was the best part about using CallRail?

CallRail is a software which allows you to record and thus track the customer calls and it is a very good product in that regard. It is a very useful product for any marketing company because of how easy it is to store the calls and collect client information. All this at a relatively affordable price, even for small number of people which is a big plus when compared to competition. Other than that they feature great customer support that is both fast to respond, usually the same day the inquiry is made, and is also very helpful.

What would you change about your experience with CallRail?

It would be very useful if the analytics were better implemented with Google Analytics because of the way that CallRail handles this with presenting the crude call info a lot of the time.Other than that, a few more options in each package wouldn't hurt but that is not that big of a deal. It would be nice to see them work on their mobile application a little, to improve the user friendliness and connectivity with the PC version which is, currently, not the best. One last thing is that with updates, the UI seems to change quite often which is usually not a bit issue but some times it takes some getting used to.

Overall Feedback

All in all, a very useful product to any marketing companies, big or small in regards to recording and easily tracking the calls for the purpose of better collection of client's info. It is a well made program that is also affordable and worth your time. Of course, it could most definitely use some improvements here and there, especially regarding the analytics and implementation with Google Analytics, connectivity with the mobile phone as well as the phone version being better, but those are all minor problems which can be tolerated.
