What was the best part about using CallRail?

As an employer I rely so much on my call center agents in taking down notes on valuable information. This cost me too much because my business is growing. The software called CallRail has brought changes and difference to my business. This allowed me to automatically record, save and track all my related business calls. Phone Calls is still so vital nowadays in your business. So it is really important to have something like Call Rail. The best thing about CallRail is they had a list of so many companies that could provide the services you wanted. If you are someone who wants to find products and services that you feel so scarce, CallRail software best fits for you. In my business CallRail is one of the tool I've used to utilize and track every calls, and I've treat all those calls a hot leads. And it when time comes those Phone call leads provided by CallRail could someday be a loyal customer to your business.

What would you change about your experience with CallRail?

CallRail is still in the growing stage, they maybe don't have all companies enlisted in their software, but soon all those things needed to improve the software will someday be realized. I can't site any other flaws in the system of CallRail, it just simply offers the balance you needed in a software like this.

Overall Feedback

For my overall assessment to the functionality and responsiveness CallRail, I'll give 9.5 out of 10. This is the kind of software that all businesses must own. This product's quality is stand alone the market, they'll make sure that you everything is smooth from User's interface to the responsiveness of the Customer Support Team. If you own this software and implement it to your business, I'm sure everything will follow, I mean true success will follow in your path. Purchase this, I really recommend this to everyone who was and is facing a problem like mine before I've used this system.
