What was the best part about using CallRail?

CallRail primaririly based out of United States of America and Canada provides call analytics to data driven marketers and customers, whereby using these statistics, the companies are in a better position to make decisions relating to sales and marketing. The analytics provide by CallRail dashboards help users understand which campaigns and features are effective, observe the trends, research into calls for more details. The tracking of phone calls provide great insight into which campaigns are popular and used frequently. Also it is very easy to setup and the integration with other systems is seamless.

What would you change about your experience with CallRail?

CallRail can improve its reporting features a lot especially the on the automation and customization of reports. Also if there is a better coordination and integration with Google analytics that would be great. Also Call Rail would do great on tracking not just the number of calls but also the rating of the calls and the quality of the leads. Another issue about Call Rail is that it is not great to use on mobile devices. Most of our organization's employees do a lot of reporting from phones, so incorporating this feature would be helpful.

Overall Feedback

CallRail allows organizations to accurately track return on investments for their services. The overall CallRail interface is simple and efficient without many issues and it comes at an affordable price. There is also RoboRail feature which automatically detects, blocks and prevents spam calls. Each visitor can accurately know the tracking number because of the dynamic number insertion. Our organization immensely benefited from this software by tracking and recording calls that come through the system.
