What was the best part about using CallRail?

I have never knowledgeable anything like the culture at CallRail. Everyone is really cool to each other, there is so much mutual respect, and everyone does really great work. There's a ton of enthusiasm, everyone really cares about the product and our customers. The management places a ton of emphasis on the employees and on building something truly great. Career-wise, CallRail is the best thing that has happened to me. As a marketing company, we needed a way to track new leads for our clients. CallRail is the perfect solution for that. Not only do our clients have an easy way to see where their calls are coming from, but we were also able to participate with CallRail’s API to work with our marketing platform. It's easy to create new client accounts, add phone numbers, and create call trees (an awesome feature they added not too long ago). CallRail replaced our PBX because it was just so damn easy to work with.

What would you change about your experience with CallRail?

-I never feel like I can faith the discussing domains. It perhaps has to do with the way our developer incorporated the keyword tracking code, however it was difficult to get clear guidance from CallRail on this matter. - I would also like some added progressive search utilities. If I wanted to just find one call, I want to find that call without having to search through a whole export.

Overall Feedback

CallRail is very user friendly and reasonably priced. I will market this product is 10/10. The Customer Service is so good. Whenever I need a help will find the services in front of mine. All of our marketing units (hotels, restaurants, nightlife) use call following and I love how easy it is to set up new numbers under various groups which makes cost allocation a draught.
