What was the best part about using CallRail?

The customer support team for this software is great. Not only are they knowledgeable and helpful. they're friendly and they make helpful suggestions for features that would solve issues you're dealing with. Also, they offer a 14 day trial and the cost for the software after the trial is very reasonable.

What would you change about your experience with CallRail?

Though it could be considered better than others, the setup was a bit complex and frustrating. And even after doing it once or twice, it's still difficult to get new accounts going without a little help from user guides, customer support or Google. This shouldn't be the case once users have to do something more than once or twice. Hopefully it's just one or two updates away from being more user-friendly and intuitive.

Overall Feedback

They are lacking some reporting capabilities and the ability to customize the reports they do have. This would be helpful on the back end of things. They do however include a great training tool which helps with onboarding and helps users/employees gain a better understanding of what's going on within the organization and some of its goals.
