What was the best part about using CallRail?

It is very easy to implement, user friendly and affordable. It is very secure and can rely on it. Recording of any customer call at any time is possible. No chances to miss any call. The best feature in that is to tag the call. There are so many nice features in it as can easily observe the trends, print campaigns. Callrail can easily track both the online and offline calls. It has good customer support team. Dashboard is very clean and easy to understand. It is very helpful in making good market strategies.

What would you change about your experience with CallRail?

The worst part about this software is that the same email cannot link with it. It cannot be use on mobile. It has limited integrated features which need to be updated timely and incorporate new features into it. Those calls are missed or unattended cannot be track through this software. Some services should be providing in basic plan as the Premium plan is cost effective. Data reports cannot be easily taken out through this software. If it is synchronize with Google Analytics then its tracking system will be the best. There should be record of data and their reports after some time intervals.

Overall Feedback

It has advanced tools. Free trial is also available for this software. You can easily track the calls, SMS also. It is easy to use and dashboard is well designed. It may be useful for secret agencies. From this software reports are generate quickly which is very easy. By using this software, it is very well to recognize those areas where the work needs more focus. It is very simple and affordable to anyone. This software is very useful in marketing, sales or advertising campaigns. It has nicely supported to the customers by customer service team.
