What was the best part about using CallRail?

In our company, Call Rail has been very helpful in terms of accessing some of the important messages that might have been received during a busy day. Before Call Rail, our company could mix all the messages from very important customers with others, which are not very crucial. The software has a simple installation process, and the service it provides is better as compared to the soft wares at the same price. Call Rail makes it easier to manage a business, and its premium services are much better, and worth your money.

What would you change about your experience with CallRail?

For better services, the software should have an auto-updating setting that improves its performance. Also for the calls, the app should be able to record them and a report after some periods like, weekly, monthly. The calls are recorded on the basis of those received, missed and those that were not responded to in this app. The cost for the premium services should be reduced, and some services brought back to the Basic plan.

Overall Feedback

The app is general good for a new and young business, and it can be used to connect with other applications. I can rate it 4 out of 5, as I believe that in every good there must be something to be improved. For marketing purposes, the software is a good platform to promote a business and this would cost you lower than using other apps with similar capabilities.
