What was the best part about using CallRail?

Call rail interface is easy to use and it is very helpful and important tool for our organisation. Call rail allow me to track where the clients coming from web,most of the client will frequently say they determined us on the web however do not take into account how. CallRail permits me to recognise exactly which virtual marketing campaign they came from. Its call recording features is also very good.

What would you change about your experience with CallRail?

Call rail is good software. I don't face anything worst in this product but there are 2 or 3 point that needs a improvement. First the cost of the product is little high compare with other tool in market, i don't need 10 account as my company is start-up but still i have to pay for that and secondly I Suggest call rail should be keep updating the software and interface for better experience.

Overall Feedback

Overall call is helpful, it is east to set-up and it is integrate with most of the tool and software that make our job easy. Customer service is also very good. Dashboard is easy to use and well designed. Its feature like call tracking, sms tracking, keyword level tracking are really helpful. I Love to rate Callrail 9 out of 10
