Callmodo provides good service as well as a fair website. Their most important aspect is the software, which has an amazing interface, totally user-friendly and easy-to-use, most of all. It's very easy to handle the information you need with this tool; everything is organized properly and you get what you need in a matter of seconds. Customer service is good - not the best, but good enough.

There is nothing really bad to deeply critize about this company. Everything works fine and you can accomplish your objetives and requests with their software. I would suggest them a general improve - website, service, and mostly the customer service. Stay online for a few more hours and hire more representatives in order to have an outstanding customer service.

Overall, Callmodo gets what you need. If you need to work and handle your clients, track their clalls and similar actions, this software will work, for sure. It is far away from being the best around but it definitely accomplishes what you need. They just need to jump from the average position and climb a few positions in the rank. I recommend it, but if you are a meticulous person, and you need more details, I would suggest using a more complete software.
