Callmama Limited

The biggest win has been getting our outbound game organized. We do a ton of international calling for client outreach, and before this it felt chaotic – dropped calls, bad quality, notes scattered everywhere. With Callmama, the VoIP is surprisingly solid (rarely any lag), virtual numbers work great across countries, and having recordings + notes right there next to each contact is a lifesaver. During busy dialing days the smart dialer actually keeps the pace up instead of slowing us down. It just feels like the tool gets what a real sales team needs.

The advanced stuff like setting up custom call flows isn't super beginner-friendly. We had to poke around a bit (and watch a couple YouTube videos) to get it dialed in exactly how we wanted. Also, on super hectic days when everyone's calling at once, pulling up the full call history sometimes hangs for a few seconds. Nothing major, but smoother loading during peak times would be nice. Faster onboarding guides for new features would help too

When we switched to Callmama, we were able to significantly improve our communication. To stay organized, we would switch between different carriers, SMS apps, and random spreadsheets. Follow-ups were frequently missed, and the cost of international calls was prohibitively expensive. Everything is now in one place, answers are delivered faster, the team spends less time switching tabs, and our global campaigns appear more professional and consistent.
