Best part about using them: • Pricing plans are well dis integrated and covers entities from a solo user to enterprise. Having a solo plan is quite impressive and is good for a start. • They claim to boost productivity by up to 638%. In my view that is a sales strategy. But, that said their services are quite impressive and up to the mark. You can expect an increase in 200% for a start.

Worst part about using them: • Pricing – I do personally feel that the pricing are a tad higher. Though the gradient is good. As you go from Solo to Enterprise the prices per user account are adjusted / decreased. • The main difference between all the packs in terms of service seems to be number of user accounts, contacts allowed, and integration of salesforce app.

Overall Feedback: • Buzz Builder which has a corporate entity named Callidus Cloud Marketing Automation provides comprehensive solution including lead scoring, lead nurturing. • Their research in this area is very impressive and up to the mark.
