I really don't have any dislikes. But I felt reporting module could have been done in a better way. Also sometimes some slowness observed while extracting the report from callbox. Also user interface of the dashboard could have been done in a better way. There should be a way given to distinguish the existing customer from the lead. I felt this information could be useful for many of the business organization
