Callbox

CallBox is a CRM integrated tool for tracking marketing and sales calls that we started using last year. We were most impressed with it's ability to Google Analytics, which is a major part of our advertising campaign. The last system we used did not have this feature and it made our marketing campaigns very complicated. This software is very helpful in organizing and maintaining lots of company data. There are features that incorporate email and calendar events which are very handy.

The Google Analytics feature, while much appreciated, is not as use friendly as it ought to be. It should be better labeled more clearly and perhaps a better tutorial could be included. Some other features are also not as easy to use as it could be. Basically, there is a learning curve here that new users should be aware of. It's doable, but it's not as easy as just opening it up and immediately knowing how everything works. The price is higher than I'd like. Although the system does work well, I feel that a slightly lower price would be a better value for the money. My company counts every penny to optimize our financial plan, so I probably cringe more than most at the thought of spending a dime more than I need to.

I like that I can rely on the software. Although it may require a bit of a learning curve when you first start using it, I can trust the technology and software to do its job efficiently and properly. It is an excellent marketing tool and will fit well with many companies, whether large or small. Their customer service was so so. I would have liked to feel a bit more confident in the rep's knowledge of the systems we were talking about, but they were very nice and handled themselves very professionally. If you have a problem with them, they will address it promptly.
