Call Logix

Our company has been with Call Logix for some time now. At first they weren't the best but after some time I met with our account rep, and he has always helped me on anything I need. The trick is having the account rep be a good one and someone who responds to you. I have had other phone companies call on me for some office locations and I have let them provide me with quotes. The competitor sales people are way too pushy; their connection quotes are not always the best. I worked with Call Logix for a fairly complex setup for a client and they went over and above to get everything how we wanted. Service wise I was very impressed, and their upper level technical guys were also very good.

There are no problems with Call Logix therefore I can say the customer service group is amazing. Not talking to a machine. You talk to people who understand their system and technical support is always available with one phone call. They had an update at the time with some issues but it was solved fast

Overall I have enjoyed Call Logix. Just stay in touch with your rep once a year because they may be able to save you money when promotions come up, actually spend the time to read your phone contract, and don't mess with the general customer service people. I highly recommend Call Logix for the great features they add
