The best quality of Call Logix is their tracking system that makes the platform easier to trace with. Moreover, their customer support or should I say their technical support are really quick and helpful to answer whenever we do not understand some of the features. They are professional and reliable to work with.

Call Logix seems to be a great product but I does not show in their website. I find it hard to search for their websites. I end up opening websites that contains the word call logix. When I was able to find it, it looks like it has never been updated and there are not much information.

This is a tool that can offer explanation for small to middle size businesses when it comes to ease of use platform. I was just frustrated with their website. If they could just fix this and make all the information up to date, it will be much of a comfort if tech support are offline.
