CA SiteMinder

CA SiteMinder stunned me firstly with extremely detailed, comprehensive design that’s very easy to use! Thanks to its’ extremely easy functionality, not to even mention free trial, I have found it to be great help on all stages of our enterprise – starting from ground up. It’s level of design is extremely big bonus for CA SiteMinder in my opinion!

Despite CA SiteMinder’s beautiful design and easy interface, I find it lacks in some areas. Firstly, the admin interface is rather slow which kind a annoys me. Documentation could be improved by a ton and also the notifications are confusing. These are the key areas I find they could have given a better training or at least the help center could be more approachable.

Even though CA SiteMinder is absolutely beautiful and is joyful to look at (and at most times to use), I find it’s lack in some functionalities or just over complexity doesn’t make me that happy about it. I wish they would improve some key functions a bit and maybe do a deeper training for users so we could comprehend the programs capabilities better. Other than that, it’s a nice program to use.
