You can build up a list of emails and tweets and keep them organized in a central location. You can search for writers and influencers in your niche and their online history comes up including social media activity, follower interaction rates, publication history and influencer reach to give you an idea. The prospect lists can be categorized for each campaign and you can use email templates which is a great time saver and speed up your workflow efficiency quite a lot. I've found the contact information you can find to be quite reliable and the outreach feature is powerful. It's quite collaborative as well as you can share note and work on projects from the same singular location. The pricing is quite reasonable and there are several free tools available as well which is cool.

It seems there should be a way to organize contacts in a more in depth way so various reps in different departments within an organization can access contacts in differentiated groups or areas. I'm a fairly new user and signed up with my credit card to gain access and try the full software though the site to well over a minute to process my credit card. I nearly refreshed because I thought it was hung up but it did finally process. Which simply led me to know what some other folks who are or have used this software and reported slow load times weren't far off. And while I have yet to use this tool heavily the load time between modules is noticeable and takes a few seconds without much data to process. Which leads me to believe having large lists and process bulk email is an issue unfortunately.

The discovery tool is definitely a strong feature and I've only seen its capabilities in a few other softwares which is great. There is tremendous potential using this software for PR but I find it somewhat limited in terms of search engine optimization link building analysis. Though you can never complain at having great free tools available to use even if you don't sign up for the premium plan. And while it takes a bit of work to get to know your best workflow it's a minor issue compared to the potential for a solid return on investment in my opinion.
