BuzzBundle

As a small business our team has the challenge of trying to fit a large number of products into a single work week. As a result, it can be chaos trying to ensure that everything we are doing is falling into place at the right time. For our social media, we are glad to have BB here to keep us on schedule with announcements, feature highlights, and even fun quiz posts and questions out to our growing community. We care about how our social media grows over time and the software gives us the opportunity to keep an eye on things from a single location while ensuring we are posting the right things at the right time. We have the pro license and it really is worth the price. For other services, you're stuck paying a monthly or annual fee that keeps you on your toes; you're then having to worry about how much use you're getting out of it and sometimes trying to remember whether it is coming from the right account or not. The only thing we have to worry about is whether or not we scheduled that post; we did.

For any piece of software out there one of the most important things to our group is reliability. While we haven't really had any issues with the software itself, it does concern me having the software on a machine in our office. The reason for this concern is because hardware failure happens and it can be difficult and cumbersome to rely on our own backups. We are in the business of online; all of the things we use are in a web browser. I believe BuzzBundle is one of the few "programs" we actually have installed on machines; as a result if a natural disaster occurs it could take us some time to get back up and running on our social media. I would prefer to have an online service to manage our social, but BuzzBundle just does things too right to pass it up.

My concern about reliability aside, I don't really have a lot to say negatively about it. I would say the scheduling and reporting are the two things that are most important to our team. We have become reliant on the software; and being able to monitor blogs and forums also makes it possible to keep track with the industry as a whole. Sometimes I feel like the software gives our company an unfair advantage; and that's alright to us!
