What was the best part about using BurrellesLuce?

BurrellesLuce is yet another powerful and fully features public relation software. BurrellesLuve has a clean and simple user interface which makes the overall user experience pleasant and positive. BurrellesLuce can be installed without a lot of hassle and it does not require any training in my opinion. BurrellesLuce is using users to find and pull news.

What would you change about your experience with BurrellesLuce?

BurrellesLuce pricing plans are not so good and it does not work well for everyone, they could have introduced more affordable prices for small businesses. Many companies prefer to stick to Google Alerts and other free tools instead of investing in such an expensive tool. BurrellesLuce is an expensive service but you get what you pay for.

Overall Feedback

The customer service from BurrellesLuce is perfect since the representatives are very responsive and they get you usually with useful replies. Burrelles Luce is one of the most comprehensive Public Relation tools ever. I would recommend BurrellesLuce over tools like PR NewsWire and MeltWater. BurrellesLuce is priced reasonably but it could be expensive for small organizations and businesses
