We are a recruitment firm and I could say that almost all our qualified candidates come from Bullhorn CRM. This has been a perfect tool for us to easily endorse perfect fit candidates for the positions we need to fill out.

In terms of the results, we do not have any complaints, what I think they need to improve on is the total performance of the software. There are not too much challenge navigating the system but there are few instances that the system is running slow thus we find it a bit hard to generate reports and names using Bullhorn but nevertheless all is manageable so I am still go with it.

Overall, This is a highly recommended software. Very helpful tool in finding the deserving candidate to the particular position. This tool is deal for a recruitment agencies and HR departments. Saves more time and can able to select the best of the best. The customer support are really great fix most of the problems upon dealing bullhorn CRM. Perfect high quality performance software.
