I have found it nice software for issues tracking at any stage of the project . Issues can be defects and it was originally used by me as testing tool. The re-known Mozilla developers made this project for detection of defects among communications and systems related to communication. It is reliable and provides me with extra support.

This software works for small and medium sized businesses. It works better but create trouble sometimes by giving slow response. I found this software as tough and difficult to use. More easy to access contents can be developed. Attractive color combination can make this software more attractive and a free trail is a positive aspect too.

Bugzilla is nice in use if any expert is working with this software. It helps in tough meters for solving the issues and tracking the defects also. I am satisfied with the working and smaller firm case use it for database management, web server and as mail transfer agents too. Bugzilla is reliable in results but tough in usage and there is a need to add more contents for easy undertanding.
