What was the best part about using BroadPoint Engage?

BroadPoint Engage quickly and easily solved my association management challenges. I like how it was so easy to learn and implement its powerful automation features into every phase of my organization’s “spaghetti mess” (i.e., the tangled strings of information known as our membership database, donation campaigns, events management operations, etc.). I especially like how BroadPoint Engage consolidates everything into a simple, coherent association knowledgebase that’s easily searchable by all staff through their intuitive interface.

What would you change about your experience with BroadPoint Engage?

If you are not a Microsoft fan, you may not like BroadPoint Engage because it runs on the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relations Management platform (translated: non-Apple or Unix friendly). BroadPoint Engage’s two pricing options, ERP/Financial management and Membership Management, are $350 and $250 per month/per user, respectively. But “Rapid Deployment for ten users” cost $12,000 and $20,000 (respectively).

Overall Feedback

BroadPoint Engage should be on your short-list for association management software. Appropriate for associations of all types, including Non-Profit Organizations, BroadPoint Engage’s complete set of management tools will surely increase effectiveness, efficiency, and revenues. Its flexibility, ease of use, and upgrade-as-you-grow options can’t be beat. If you want to free yourself of unnecessarily time-consuming association management activities, I recommend getting BroadPoint Engage.
