You can add expiration dates to links and Emails for total control of your content. Brandfolder gives you the option of having two accounts; private and public. This is a nice way of compartmentalizing and controlling access to only trusted or authorized members. I liked the UX which is well designed and is not cumbersome like other products in the market. It is easy to learn and use and very robust. It also looks good with the appealing layout and color scheme. Brandfolder accelerates work flow in dealing with media and brand materials. Syncing, uploading and updating content is easy and staff can easily find what they are looking for. Sharing documents on the go is convenient with only an online connection needed. The support and customer care offered is also above par. Issues are dealt with speedily and without delays. This is a crucial service as any Manager will attest to.

I do not have many Cons regarding Brandfolder but there is room for improvement. If Brandfolder could link to programs that offer creative functionalities like design programs. Think Adobe products, that could be great. Setting up selective access is tricky in some cases. You have to give outside personnel access to the whole Brandfolder instead of only a part of it. The training pops with hints and tips can get annoying particularly to experienced users.
