This was a company which was listed among top rated companies for social media marketing and management online so I had reached out to learn what differentiated them from the others on this list. We were an ecommerce start up looking to implement an integrated campaign so I was interested to know if they were the best for this as well, perhaps. They didn't mention specific services they provide on their website so I had assumed they offer integrated marketing campaigns, but did have several case studies available with performance metrics which I greatly appreciated seeing prior to connecting with this or any company. They were not accredited but they are listed in the Better Business Bureau with no complaints in the last three years which is good enough for me to believe in their professionalism and level of transparency as a company.

Their Woorank is just sixty one which was not a terrific indicator that they are doing extensive SEO for their own business, but beyond that there is not a whole lot to disprove of in terms of presales strategy. The fact that they don't feature particular services that they offer is just fine in my opinion because they prefer to feature their client successes on their home page which most prospects would prefer to see. It seemed to be about results and I assume tailored plans based on each company's needs so it was nice to see they get that.

I liked this company's branding approach. Rather than overwhelming prospects with too many services they make the prospect experience about results. This was evident by the case studies being the first thing you see when you land on their home page. After checking out several dozen companies it was rare for this to be the case on the home page and it's a great approach in my opinion. And it was more rare to not see a single particular service offered to make these results happen, but it's safe to say they are using an integrated approached. So I was happy to contact them to learn more and get a proposal as well. They responded relatively quickly which is good to note. So after a bit of phone tag I jumped on the phone and had a nice conversation with Kaitlin, David and Enrique and sincerely appreciated their time. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in a lot of ways. They mentioned a couple of their clients in particular in a similar situation to our start up and I have no doubt they could emulate that success for our company and were among the final contenders for our business. However we went in a different direction simply the scope of our start up budget suited an offshore company which I would usually not embrace as a decision. Though because the company we chose offered guaranteed work and while it's not practical to do so they understand, based on the quality, authority and relevance of their approach using white hat methods along with an outstanding reputation similar to this company we had to take advantage of this to help leverage our budget the furthest. Nevertheless there is zero doubt that this is one of the leaders in their industry and it would be an honor to work with them.
