Brainshark is a simple and very useful presentation software. With not spending the huge amount of money, this tool even helps its users to boost their sales. Videos and audios can be also easily synchronized with your presentations by this tool. It is very convenient to edit and modify your presentation using Brainshark. Even other programs like MS Office and MS PowerPoint can also be easily linked up with this tool and you can then modify the presentations already made with MS PowerPoint. This tool also notifies and keep you updated with the number of clients who have viewed your presentation.

Brainshark does avail you with both free version and a premium version. But the free version of the software is not up to the mark. It lacks lots and lots of features as compared to the premium version. Although all features are conveniently available if you opt for the paid version. The major drawback is when you try to record your voice for the audio of your presentation, you are not provided with the animations of the slides at that time. This causes a big confusion while matching up your voice and the slides. The feature makes it a complicated task to give a background self-recorded audio clip and must be fixed up.

Overall Brainshark avails you with excellent functionality if you go with the paid version though the free version is just not as useful. I have been using it for a year now and I just love it how I can first prepare my presentation with PowerPoint and then just import it to Brainshark and add yourself recorded audio clip giving the full details about the topic and then you get the fantastic presentation at the end to be shown to my clients. Brainshark is must have software for everyone.
