Brainshark has to review their permission system and allow permission on presentations. The admin access on BrainShark can not be reduced for additional users to certain functionalities, this means anyone you give permission as admin will access the entire system. Presentations are not easily managed on BrainShark. Brainshark has featured an iOS mobile app which delivers an acceptable e-learning experience.

The customer service from Brainshark is excellent and the team is very nice and very helpful. I would recommend Brainshark for its capabilities and the quality it is able to produce content.
