What was the best part about using BookSteam?

What I love most about booksteam is that it makes our work faster and more efficient than ever. Our customers in the past call in almost the whole day to schedule or reschedule appointments and also to cancel them. With booksteam, we can save a lot of time since everything is done online. It definitely is a huge boost to our work efficiency.

What would you change about your experience with BookSteam?

I can’t really think of something that I don’t like about booksteam. If I have to point out one thing, I think that they should have collaboration with PayPal as more and more customers use their paypal accounts to cover for their expenses online. With integration to paypal, booksteam will be a great product for many businesses like ours.

Overall Feedback

Overall, this product is excellent. It definitely solves our booking problems and it aids us in managing our clients well. It also helps in staff management and of course appointment management. Scheduling events and other appointments have never been this easy. I definitely recommend booksteam to everyone who wants their work to done faster and much better.
