BookSteam

BookSteam is an online appointment scheduling solution that is packed with premium features such as e-mail or SMS reminder, client reviews, different options for payment, different multiple locations, client database manager, class scheduling, client login, staff access, an easy to use calendar which colour coded time slots, packages, Facebook integration, advanced business stats, recurring booking and others. Their UI is nice looking and user friendly. Other than that, the customer support is very friendly and very willing to help. One of the best features is the e-mail or SMS reminder because it reminds people of their appointments and drastically reduces the number of no-shows which automatically makes business better.

From what I can gather, the only issues this program has are very minor. Mostly just some compatibility issues here and there or some small number of bugs that can sometimes be a little bit annoying but are never big or very problematic. Other than that, I can’t seem to find any other actual problems that need or deserve to be put here in my opinion. BookSteam seems to be very well-made and doesn’t seem to have any big issues. So, I suppose that there is no reason for me to continue writing here.

So, do I recommend BookStream? Well, if you haven’t read the past two sections and it isn’t obvious to you, I do recomm3nd it wholeheartedly. At least give the program a go if you are interested and in need to a business manager program as BookStream is one the very well made ones. It has great customer support which can answer any of your questions if you ever get any problems or just want more information. Besides that, their service is great when it comes to features as they have a great amount of very useful and some not so useful features which should help you and your business greatly.
