I started my photography studio business a few years ago and can't imagine what I would do without Bookitlive. Although my business is small, we are very few on the team and definitely needed some help in automation, booking, and sales. Ever since we started using Bookitlive, it has made bookings easier to do, enabling upselling, and allocating staff more efficiently. There are so many features of Bookitlive that I know I can't live without but these are some of my favorites: Managing client information is a breeze as it lets me ask all the necessary information that I need from them. I was also able to export my old database into the system which I then integrated with Mailchimp. I also love that Bookitlive lets me create daily deals, a tactic that has proven successful for our online marketing campaigns. We love offering special deals to customers and we can see that they love it too; in fact if not for Bookitlive we wouldn't have such a robust online marketing segment.

Bookitlive is an excellent product all throughout despite some glitches that we encountered. However none of these glitches were big enough to damage our business and with some technical assistance from their customer support team, we were able to iron out these bugs. But no software is perfect and I would still highly recommend Bookitlive to anyone.

Bookitlive is an excellent scheduling program that has helped me build my photography studio business from the ground up. It is rich in features and functionalities that have saved me time while helping me earn more money and gaining more clients. Everything is handled from a seamless dashboard and user-friendly interface but the developers have really gone above and beyond the necessary functions. Through Bookitlive I can even advertise my business online and accept pre-payments from some clients. I'm eternally grateful for this program, thank you Bookitlive!
