What was the best part about using Booker?

The best part about Booker is its easy to use and intuitive interface. You will not have a problem navigating things around it. It is user-friendly that saves time and effort for the customer's side. It is accessible to mobile phones and through online. It offers great features for you and also for the people around you who you want to be notified.

What would you change about your experience with Booker?

Booker is not the best one yet when it comes to a scheduling software. Bugs and glitches are there to be found. The connectivity is not solid. The mobile app is not performing very well. One big problem about Booker is its customer service which is not being very helpful with the customers.

Overall Feedback

Overall, Booker has the ability to do scheduling for you and for your team, but this software is something to try first before buying. It still has its major bugs and glitches. You may encounter a lot of problems, and the customer service might disappoint you. It still has features that is great but it is not something that you can count on.
