What was the best part about using Booker?
Booker can organize inventory, manage employee schedules, maintain customer's files, produce real-time reports, obtain more appointments from online scheduling that is available 24 hours a day, and more. I love the fact that Booker keeps track of a business's customers; for instance, if the client has not returned in a while Booker will send them a friendly email reminding them of your business, like "we miss you."
What would you change about your experience with Booker?
After conducting research about Booker, I found a few complaints. For instance, the prices are on the high to moderate side and extra fees are charged with using extras; like paying extra for mobile applications. The basic package is $85 a month. The standard package costs hundreds $35 a month. A plus package exists that customers can custom-adapt to their needs, but there is no price listed.
Overall Feedback
Overall, Booker is a helpful tool for businesses to organize and maintain schedules and appointments. With other scheduling software on the market, Booker has much competition. The prices are moderate, and no free trial is available. Also, the extra fees for using mobile applications is a turn off because many businesses that have mobile apps let customers use them as part of the package.
