What was the best part about using Bookeo?

I like how Bookeo is designed and its user interface is simply amazing. Bookeo can be implemented quite easily. One good thing with Bookeo is that every plan has a free trial version. Bookeo is offering a free plan that supports one staff. Setting up an account with Bookeo is quite easy and straightforward. Bookeo integrates very well with MailChimp, Wordpress, and Quick Books.

What would you change about your experience with Bookeo?

Bookeo is quite robust and powerful online booking platform that can be afforded by small and midsized companies and organizations. Bookeo is lacking video tutorials of their platform. Booking on Bookeo can be cumbersome for some users, therefore, I suggest to new users to go through documentation. Bookeo is supporting multiple credit card with a variable availability for each brand.

Overall Feedback

Bookeo is offering a very good customer support including a help portal, phone support, and social media. Bookeo is making sure to remain responsive and helpful to customers. The overall experience with Bookeo is wonderful and I would like to strongly recommend as a booking platform. Bookeo can be integrated to many online payment gateways like BluePay; Authorize.net, Paymill and more. Bookeo is priced reasonably comparing to other solutions.
