What was the best part about using Bookeo?

Bookeo has an amazing customer service. They are speedy and courteous with their replies. Bookeo also has this feature that will flag you if you make errors in managing your classes, for example, you put 2 classes in one room or put one instructor teach 2 classes at once.

What would you change about your experience with Bookeo?

Bookeo is very reliable, but it is not as flexible. You can't count on Bookeo if you have a business not so small. There are also too many steps you need to go on through when making a booking. They are sometimes slow in releasing new features, too.

Overall Feedback

Overall, this is basically all you need for a dance studio. It gives you the essentials. You can schedule and book classes, rearrange dates and teachers. It may take a bit of time learning it, but once you're used to it, it's going to be great.
