What was the best part about using Bookafy Online Scheduling?

We save a ton of time compared to our previous scheduling system, what was a combination of google calendar and chicken scratch notes on napkins when customers called in. I also really love their service team. I message them on chat atleast 1x per week, and they are always eager to help. When I signed up for the software, I was testing 5 or 6 companies, and this was literally the only company that even bothered responding to my questions. I really like them!

What would you change about your experience with Bookafy Online Scheduling?

We really dont have a "worst". It works great, there are a ton of features. we are very happy! I guess I could say the worst part is realizing how much time we wasted in the past not using this software. That is a bummer. Besides that, there are a few features that we have requested, 3 of the 4 have already been deployed. I am still waiting for one of the features to be finished... but I do love that they listen to feedback and improve the site when we ask. Very cool!

Overall Feedback

The software is great, the customer service is fantastic. Inevitably, there are times when I cant figure something out and all I need to do is simply call their office and they pick up and help me. I love it! I would also highly recommend the software to most every company. In fact I have already had a few friends sign up after they have seen bookafy in use while booking an appointment with our company. That speaks volumes right?
