Hi there,
Yes, we offer complimentary face to face training for new clients, as well as training sessions via screensharing tools on request. We aim to guide you through the onboarding process, and have many suggestions based on how our customers have used the system, which we would love to share. We are always available via phone or email to provide support and assistance.We are also starting to put together some online training packages for some of the more difficult concepts within the system. We hope these will be available by the end of the year.
In saying that, our aim is to make our product as easy to use as possible. We have a huge focus on user experience, and we would love to gain as much feedback, especially from new customers, as we can to further enhance our product.
