What was the best part about using Bomgar?

Bomgar is basically Remote support software by which I can collect information from customer without sharing computer screen.It is very easy to use as well as reliable. Once user connect through Bomgar we have full functionality to access others system.Best part is that we can reboot the system without losing the session.By just one click we can add more user to session which is currently going on.Privacy of data is highly maintained which makes Bomgar more efficient remote support software.

What would you change about your experience with Bomgar?

I could not find much disadvantage while using Bomgar.Bomgar can be a little overwhelming to new users as it is a bit difficult to understand, but once use it regularly you really find it very easy to use. Sometimes when you set time limit for inactivity it logs you off without giving you any alert. Also, sometimes it's difficult to find options when administering the system.

Overall Feedback

Best thing that I found about Bomgar is that if you don't want to share your private data to other person then you can block that person,as simple as that. It allows groups to be set up and limit system access by the group.Multiple users can log into one remote system. It helps to improve support system on device as well as on systems anywhere in the world. So overall Bomgar is the Best product to be use for Remote Support.
