The access to this tool with mobile phones may be an issue in some particular mobile brands. It is compatible with Samsung phones but not with Apple devices which are let back for me I was owning and iPhone and had to shift to Sony.

Though the few drawbacks may annoy you but they keep on upgrading the program and fix the bugs and hopefully they would fix these issues in the upcoming updates.
