The best part about this software is that it is not only simple but it is also effective on transferring chat to another individual. It can also be transferred to a specific group or to a specific user. Also the user-interface is understandable to which any user who might want to use the software will understand it.

Though I do not have anything to say about this product since it’s been doing well, the only part that I don’t like is it’s not audible audio tones for chats. If they can update it to a more user-friendly tone or separate the tone from clients to customers then that will be a great for the users.

This software is great for small to middle size business companies. But they still have to check whether this might be the right fit to achieve the customer satisfaction goal of their company. Also, check out on their updates and write down all the possible things that can be beneficial from this software to your business.
