BoldChatoffers easy to install and customizable live chat software. It features proactive chat invites and auto distribution.It is very simple and easy to use. I simply don’t care if it doesn’t have any cool features as long as it gets the job done for me. Very reliable app.

Sometimes when I close or minimize the program, it stays on the windows tray but when I click on it nothing happens. It won’t let me open the window again. This is just one of the few bugs I have noticed in the app. Nevertheless, I manage to work around almost any problem I encounter so its okay.

Overall, this is a relatively simple product. It is a chat app so I use it primarily to keep in touch with my boss and workmates. Additionally, it opens an opportunity for potential customers to reach us besides using mobile phones and emailing. A simple yet great tool to have.
