This was a digital marketing firm I had looked into for our search engine optimization project though we had interest in their pay per click management as well recently so thought to share my experience. They were top rated in the Better Business Bureau with zero complaints over the last three years which was a strong indicator of their transparency as a company so I appreciated that. They were Google Partner certified which helped their credibility as pay per click management providers. I found one positive testimonial of their company available elsewhere online. They had some clients with recognizable brands which was good to see. They maintained a current blog which I liked seeing as an indicator that they are currently active and staying on the leading edge of their field.

There was a rip off report in 2014 for an email marketing campaign with fake clicks which sounded like someone with previous experience who knew their stuff regarding analytics so that was a major red flag as to the company's integrity despite the BBB rating though it was not reported there. The designs in their case studies area were solid but there was a lack of campaign performance metrics or anything search engine optimization based that I could see which would help their credibility for prospects doing their research. Their SEO Woorank was below the average with a score of sixty six out of one hundred so this was acceptable by my standards as a company leading by example with their own services but certainly far from the lowest of thirty six and the average of about seventy five. And while this does not affect client campaigns directly together with the lack of SEO case studies it appeared this was not their core competency.

There was a lot of good things going for this company and I remained open to a dialog about the rip off report because there are always two sides to the story, so I offered them the benefit of the doubt and reached out via their online submit form. I did receive a quick response from their team with the minimum pricing I had requested. It was beyond our scope currently as a start up considering it had not been converted into Canadian currency, they ask for a six month contract, and there is quite a hefty audit charge prior to commencing so we had to go in another direction. However based on their quick reply I would recommend at least reaching out to learn whether or not to include them among your choices to help grow your project online.
