The user interference of this software is very friendly and the user does not have to download and install the software to run the conference tool.

The major drawback of BlueJeans is the connectivity issue and user interface issue when connecting the software to the browser like Chrome and Firefox. BlueJeans application is not stable as it keeps on crashing when opened as compared to operation from the browser. During the long calls or long conferencing calls, the call automatically disconnects and takes a long time to reconnect due to server traffic. Another downside of this software is that there is a lot of times when the voice on the call starts echoing when the user speaks.

Overall, BlueJeans are nicely developed software especially if the user job requires traveling often and meeting the clients and building a relationship with new customers and business partners. The burden to travel from one place to another to meet new clients, teammates, business partners and associates is lowered by the use of BlueJeans software.
