I was interested in an integrated marketing campaign from this company recently for our start up. I found them quite highly rated on a popular review website and wanted to learn why and how they compared to their competition. There were a few positive testimonials on their website which I appreciated. They held a website giveaway for a non-profit at some point and I appreciated seeing this because I like companies that care beyond their own bottom line.

I did not find in the Better Business Bureau which is the best way to create trust in prospects doing their homework in my opinion. They were not Google Partners when I checked which would help validate the expertise. Their SEO Woorank was fifty eight out of one hundred which was quite a lot lower than the average of about seventy five, and doesn't indicate they are leading by example through their own SEO services in my opinion. I noticed an error in the header and footer of their website 'Warning: Creating default object from empty value in..'. And the text in the right sideboard overlapped into the footer on certain pages as well. None of which seemed to affect site performance but didn't indicate a great first impression of attention to detail considering they are a company offering web design, one would hope would not transfer to their client campaigns. While their web design and graphic design portfolio were quite solid they did not provide any case studies or performance metrics for their digital marketing clients. Their blog was abandoned in 2012 which doesn't indicate that they are current with their level of knowledge in the industry in my opinion.

Despite not meeting quite a lot of my presales criteria I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and attempted to reach out to them through their online submit form. However, there was an error when clicking the 'Request A Free Consultation' button and no form was enabled, only coding errors. There was a phone number but it was after hours and I had some solid options to choose from otherwise, so decided to go in another direction and unfortunately I cannot recommend this company currently.
