This was a digital marketing firm offering a wide variety of related services which I was in touch with recently. We are an ecommerce based start up about to implement an integrated campaign including search engine optimization, pay per click advertising and social media marketing in particular. So I was curious why they are top rated on a popular SEO review site and also wanted to know what separates them from their competition. They have an excellent SEO Woorank comparatively speak which was eighty two I believe. That's above the average of about seventy five. While not the highest I saw during my research at ninety it is certainly a solid indicator that they are currently leading by example for their business. They had outstanding case studies available to download which I an appreciated as someone with experience in their industry. They were are listed in the Better Business Bureau with no complaints in the last three years which was a good level of transparency for a prospect doing their research. There are a number of positive testimonials as well which indicates successful clients.

This is one of the few companies to pass all of my presales criteria initially during my research prior to contacting them. I was satisfied with their level of success with current clients, their transparency as an organization, how they lead by example and more. If there was one way they could improve I can think of it's that at the end of the day I have had to choose one company out of a few who were as qualified as them, and if all are going to get results then a sense of corporate responsibility is one way to differentiate themselves perhaps. If everything is similar otherwise between proposals then I am more likely inclined to choose a company that takes action to help others beyond their own organization and I don't see this currently on their website, though if I am mistaken then I apologize. It's not a deal breaker but it's nice to see.

Unfortunately, I do not believe this company got in touch with me after I submitted a request for more information or quote through their online form submission. I had accidentally deleted three voicemails however while learning Android on my new smartphone around this time and this was one of them I apologize. But there was nothing in my inbox from them when I double checked, and this email follow up would be beneficial to their business certainly. That being said, regardless of the reason for our disconnect I would recommend this company based on having met a lot of presales criteria one looks for in a company up front, including their case studies, BBB rating and several other positive reviews of this company found elsewhere online.
