Bloomfire

The best part about bloomfire is its intuitive interface that makes any user use it with ease. Also, I will add the functionality of advanced reporting which I find amusing because it permits agents to communicate well with the customers. Thus, bringing customer satisfaction to our company and meet the goal.

I think, I cannot say that there is a worst part about bloomfire. Though what I like least with this software is the features of their video interface which I find that there are some features that are missing. Some of this lacking features that I found when it takes a screen shot which is not already editable.

If you are looking for a tool that is user-friendly when it comes to analytics and reporting application then this might be the tool that you should try. It has content that is better for internal use. But first, you should try it yourself before implementation so that you will be able to see which fits your company.
