I would absolutely not recommend anyone work in the Oldsmar branch. The environment is extremely toxic. This is a salaried job and you are likely to put in many extra hours. They watch you like a hawk and everything you do is under constant criticism. It's micromanagement at the highest level. They try to make employees believe that they encourage teamwork, but if you aren't careful, your clients will be stolen from you so another will earn that commission. One of the supervisors in this branch will wait until you have built a large number of clients, fire you, and take the commission for herself. You will not be giving an explanation for why you are being dismissed.

Don't be drawn in by this company.
