What was the best part about using BizBrokerCRM?

In one word "FUNCTIONALITY" is the best part of using this program. I knew what a CRM can do and should do, but have been frustrated by other CRM programs on the market, which don't really match the workflow of a business broker. It is clear this system was designed for business brokers by a business broker, not ported over from some other profession.

What would you change about your experience with BizBrokerCRM?

I had a little trouble with getting my emails directed from various domains, but this was not the fault of BizBrokerCRM, but rather the forwarding and routing I was doing through several different servers. I wanted to maintain my email address from my corporate franchise, but also have my personal and another company that own run through the CRM. The support from BizBrokerCRM has been fantastic! They could have said "Its your server not our software" and left it for me to troubleshoot and resolve. But no, they have gone out of their way to help me fix the problem and get me doing what I want to do even though it really was outside of their realm of responsibility. How often do you see this "Pay if forward" kind of attitude with a vendor? You do with BizBrokerCRM...they want your business and will do all they can to earn it.

Overall Feedback

Highly recommend this to my colleagues! It works, its efficient, it is customizable and the support is great! I have used SalesForce at several different companies. I have used a highly customized proprietary CRM and I have used Referral Maker Plus. All of them have their merits, but none work as well as BizBrokerCRM if you are a business broker. As business brokers we serve many stakeholders and we want to be on top of our game with each one of them. This CRM allows you to be just as prepared with background for the conversation whether you are talking with a lender, a seller, a buyer, a referral source etc. They are all "relationships" that need to be "managed" isn't that what you expect out of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system?
