It is quite early to speak about the results as the team is in the process of development. So far we have seen only two results of the sprints and the features deployed. There were produced with perfection. However, as the SaaS platform is a complex fintech solution, it requires more features to be implemented to observe the measurable outcomes. We work with BinStellar Technologies Pvt. Ltd according to a 2-week sprint model, all managed on a structured Jira board and backlog. Also, we run 15-minute daily standup calls and sprint planning every 2 weeks to plan and prepare for the upcoming sprint. The communication is perfect and all the deadlines are being met despite the complex situation in the country.
