BillQuick

BillQuick is built more on analysis than on any other function. If you want to get an overview of everything (and I really mean EVERYTHING) that is going on with your projects and its’ teams, then this is a very neat program for doing so. It has a perfect integrated managing system and accounting so it provides everything you could possibly need. With time and expense system you can see expenses in real time and in multiple currencies so no need for conversions. It is also one of the most user-friendly programs I have encountered – the accounting interface is very easily understandable and its rich formatting works like magic.

It might seem a bit like nitpicking but BillQuick is a little old-school and out of date. Sometimes it feels like talking to your grandpa or working for him since everything with this program feels like data is put into old dusty boxes and stored alphabetically. I mean, it is definitely a matter of taste, but for my business I felt a little shy saying I use BillQuick as I feel like I’m left behind thanks to my out-of-date program. No offence though, it is still a supreme program!

All-in-all it is a great program for getting your company in shape fast, you getting total control and view on what’s actually going on and where are potential errors in the managing part. It feels a bit old and out-of-date compared to its newer competitors, but it is well-organized, sharp and gets the job done brilliantly.
