What was the best part about using BillQuick?

The BillQuick was designed to enable business users effectively track time, employee billing and project management processes while helping increase efficiency as well as improve performance. The product comes with such features as HRM, a cloud based time and billing function, and integrates well with other software applications. It offers a free trial version and comes as a Software as a Service (SaaS).

What would you change about your experience with BillQuick?

Customer service was not too responsive as they delayed getting back on usability issues. I observed that businesses still had to pay an additional cost for separate reports they require and that’s really not a good deal in my own opinion but I do not know if this is still obtainable now. Then I think the platform’s forecasting tool was also lacking but I am sure that’s been rectified

Overall Feedback

It’s a good thing the BillQuick has a mobile support platform while it is ease to run accurate reports on employee management and projects. The platform is easy to use and navigate as it is well suited for industry users who rely on running accurate reports for their business. The BillQuick gives users the ability to easily configure automated reporting and utilize the contract management function to help reduce billing days.
